This policy explains how Clarion Bottle ("Clarion", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit clarionbottle.com or clarionbottle.co.uk, sign up to hear from us, or place an order. We're the data controller for the personal data described below.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and phone number, when you place an order or contact us;
• Your email address, when you sign up to our newsletter;
• Order details — items purchased, order value, and order history;
• Reviews you choose to submit, including the name you enter with them;
• Basic technical information (such as your device and browser) generated automatically as you use the Site.

We don't collect or store your full card number, expiry date or CVC — payment is handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor, who specialise in securely handling this information.

2. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

• Process and deliver your order, and communicate with you about it;
• Provide customer support;
• Send you marketing emails about new arrivals, sales and other news — only if you've signed up to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time;
• Moderate and, where approved, publish product reviews;
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on performing our contract with you (for orders), your consent (for marketing emails), and our legitimate interests (for things like fraud prevention and improving the Site) as our legal bases for these uses.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum data necessary with:

• Stripe, to process payments securely;
• Our delivery/courier partners, to get your order to you;
• IT and hosting providers who help us run the Site.

We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

The Site uses essential cookies and similar local storage needed to make core features work — such as remembering what's in your shopping basket. These aren't used for advertising. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required by law.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep marketing email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us to:

• Correct inaccurate data;
• Delete your data, in certain circumstances;
• Restrict or object to how we use your data;
